Mom’s workout

Since mom came home from the hospital, there have been a few challenges that she has to do to help build up her strength. One of them is using the bands to strengthen her legs and arms.  So you’re probably thinking no big deal. Well, this is another area that is a bit of a struggle, not for mom but for me. Why you ask? well, let’s just say she’s not usually excited to do her exercises, in fact, she would prefer not too. The only way I could convince her to do her exercises was for her to do them on a video. She loves it when I give her Snapchat or a live video.  She perks right up. Now it’s usually only for a short time but man she’s funny.  I hope you enjoy this video as much as my Facebook friends did.
