Tasty Tuesday

One of the questions I always get asked is how I stay on track with my Nutrition. How am I able to lose so much weight. Well, I’m going, to be honest, there is no magic pill. It’s eating the healthy foods and drinking plenty of water, and yes I’m going to say it Excercise. But I’m not going to talk about exercise, I’m talking about how to make healthy, super tasty and super easy meals that you and your family can enjoy without it breaking the bank or your time. Nowadays our time is very precious, we have so many things on the go. So our nutrition starts to go on the back burner and we look at what’s fast and easy. Recently I was asked by a friend, how I do Meal Prepping with it taking so long. She said, “She used to try meal prepping but she found it took so long.”  So I started thinking why not do a meal prep video and show everyone it can be done really quickly. I’m not going to lie it does take some time, but honestly, when you look at all the time it saves in the long run. It actually is quicker than waiting in line for the Drive Thru.
