This Week has been really tough with getting my runs in. Or even my workouts. I will definitely be stepping it up a notch when I get home. I do find it very hard to stay consistent and stick to my routine when I’m not in my own environment for sure. Does that happen to you? While I did get most of my runs in I still found it challenging. But I want you to know I’m not giving up! I have given up so many times I can’t even count, these last few years my life has changed completely and I wouldn’t want it any other way
With my journey, I have started reading either by book or listening to an audio book and with that personal development, I have changed so much. More confidence and strength. I don’t mean physical strength I mean mental as well. Before if I hadn’t run well or didn’t complete it completely I would have given up easily. Now I just learn from it and move on. Don’t dwell on it, focus on my imperfections. Just focus on what I didn’t do as well and what can I do to improve that area? Do you have a personal development book you like to read?
