I get asked this question a lot and, to be honest, it was a struggle in the beginning. There is no magic pill or magic button. Consistency and how I feel after a workout, by far, out weigh my excuses for not working out. I did find some tips and tricks that helped me get to the point I am today! I hope these tips help you succeed as well.
- Wear workout clothes you love. When you feel confident in what you’re wearing, you’ll want to work out!
- Mix up your workout. Don’t get stuck in the same, boring workout rut. Mix it up, try something new!
- Remember your why. Why are you working out? What is your reason behind it? Whether it is to fit into those jeans, to feel good, or to be a good example for your babies. If you think about your why you’ll want to work out!
- Find your ideal time to workout.
If you’re not a morning person, don’t try to work out in the morning! If you find that you can work out after work, you have the time and the energy, do it then!
